Pseudo-Japanese: this is a Japanese-themed generically Asian restaurant, a la Wagamama.
Sushi: this restaurant has a sushi counter.
Teppanyaki: this restaurant has teppanyaki tables.
Bulgogi: this restaurant has bulgogi tables, or failing that it has portable gas stoves.
Noodles: this restaurant has ramen, soba, or udon.
Korean Soup: this restaurant specializes in those Korean stews that come in big iron pots.
Korean Snacks: this place sells Korean snack foods like kimbap.
Japanese Snacks: this place sells Japanese snack foods like onigiri and bento-sushi.
